Last weekend I photographed Carissa and Ben’s wedding in Weehawken, New Jersey, right across the river from Manhattan. They had a traditional Chinese tea ceremony on Saturday and a wedding on Sunday.

The snow, fog, and city lights made for a spectacular backdrop to this very emotional wedding. It was a very different setting from what I am used to as far as weddings are concerned. I really enjoyed flying back to the New York area to photograph this wedding - I would love to do it more often. Congratulations Carissa and Ben! I took the Donnelly family to Sugarhouse park right before thanksgiving for a great portrait session. Drew and Michael were so patient and cute. The recently fallen leaves and late afternoon light made for some nice portraits.
